Head of a Young Boy

Head of a Young Boy

M. M. Ciciovan

Mirage Series: The Dove, The Guardians of the city, Blue Horizon, Head of a Young Boy, Goodbye Lenin

Just as an optical illusion, the series Mirage captivates the essence of light and movement, as well as years of technical and spiritual research. From the Brancusian approach in depicting the flight rather than the bird and the return to the blue, it represents at the same time the peak of expression as well as a homecoming. The beauty itself, the beauty of the moment, the beauty that leaves imprints on the soul.

Oil on canvas, 2019
